Updated resume, Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS - AHA or Red Cross), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, current drivers license (DL), and an active Vermont or Compact RN license.
