Position Overview:

The Heat Treat Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating heat treat furnaces that use a vacuum induction method. Will follow detailed work instructions and maintain meticulous records to ensure batch accuracy. Will load/unload parts into the different production equipment and take measurements/readings of finished parts in accordance with QC standards. Work is available on all three shifts, with mandatory weekend/overtime availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for furnace
• Rack parts to be loaded into the oven in correct orientation
• Set up oven to correct settings and operate
• Visually inspect parts, recording properties required
• Maintain QC documentation to support regulated industries

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• US Citizenship
• 12+ months of Manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Intermediate understanding of Math, including fractions, decimals, and other measurements.
• Ability to work weekends/overtime
